Our Gold award winning real faggots are made to the highest standard, the good old fashioned way.
At Uptons Butchers, we only want to sell our
customers the foods with the freshest,
healthiest ingredients. We also wanted to make
fresh faggots that would to appeal to a younger
generation who have forgotten what real food
is!! We went to work & tried 100 different
recipes & after
a lot of hard work, came up with
our award winning real faggots.
Containing parsley, thyme & sage locally sourced,
with free range pork liver containing NO flavour enhancers & NO
E numbers unlike many other ready prepared products
on the market which contain flavour enhancers, antioxidants
and stuff that ends up repeating on you well after
the meal!
Our pork based faggots contain meat from free range
pure bred Glouchester spot pigs with our famous Oxtail
Gravy (have you really not tasted our delicious gravy
yet?!), made from scratch using ginger, onions, red
wine, beef stock & tomato puree to create a hearty & nutritious
meal.
